"The quality of the cutlery is good, it's just too big and therefore heavy. Not at all practical for carrying every day. It weighs a tonne. The case is awful, cheap feeling and the closure is shocking. It's also a squeeze getting anything in and out. Whoever thought that was a good piece of design clearly has not tried a prototype. Never had quite so much buyers regret as I have with this and it puts me off ordering anything else from them."
