Dispatch Times 

We aim to get orders to you as quickly as possible so you can start using your frank green asap.

  • Allow up to 7 business days for standard orders to be dispatched. Also note, frank green will cover all import duties and taxes for orders shipped from Australia. 
  • Monogramming may add an additional 1-3 business days to your processing time.

Please note: Orders are shipped from Australia. During peak periods (Promotions, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays) dispatch times are subject to change and may be longer.

Please note: delivery times are in addition to the dispatch times stated above. Always check this page before placing your order to ensure no changes to dates have been made. Deliveries may be affected by factors that are beyond our control such as limited delivery services to rural areas, severe weather events or other postal disruptions.

We deliver with Hermes, Whistl & Parcelforce. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number specific to your order and delivery partner.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. However, we're here to help with any issues related to your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. When requesting a replacement, please include clear photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number or proof of purchase for faster processing.
