It’s a decent cup, but

"It’s a decent cup, but not perfect by any means. The coating inside is good, no added flavours so far. The texture of the cup is quite nice as well, it is easy to hold. It is not leakproof unless you tighten everything to the absolute max, and even then there is some play in the closure of the lead that will allow the content to spill if held upside down. The lead traps odours and requires deep cleaning more often than I would’ve liked. Overall descent. I’ll keep the one I have, but I wouldn’t rush to get another one."

My Experience with Frank Green

"My Experience with Frank Green was awful - the customer service is an automated response where none of my questions were answered. The product said 5 days to come and it took 3 weeks, it was a gift and I missed the persons birthday due to this even ordering 2 weeks in advance for it to come. I have asked to my situation to be reviews as I am super unhappy and disappointed - but all I have has is an automated response asking me to rate the service. Cup isn't even special"

"Great cup, keeps coffee warm for about an hour. My only gripe is the cleaning, having to unscrew the little grey cap and take out all the spring etc in the lid every time is annoying. I like how you can mix and match the colours though and it’s a great size"
