I bought my bottle 3
"I bought my bottle 3 weeks ago and have followed all care instructions. Unfortunately, the pant has bubbled and chipped off on the bottom. I submitted a warranty request yesterday but was told this chipping and bubbling was from ‘long term wear and tear and being washed in the dishwasher’. I had included the short time I have had the bottle and that it has only ever been washed as per the care instructions, never in the dishwasher. I was also told this does not affect its use as a bottle. However, a key marketing point of these bottles is the aesthetic, and varying colours, so this damage does affect this aspect of the product. I also said I have another FG bottle which I have had for longer (in a different colour way) and that has been used identically and is in perfect condition still. Very disappointing given the price point."
Great colour awful durability
"I got this gift for my girlfriend for Christmas and she loved it at first, was perfect. However after she took it to work for only one day she discovered that the paint had been scratched off. She only kept her bottle in her bag with her dinner and somehow there were multiple scratch marks. Hoping you can help with this somehow."

The product is good but
"The product is good but the initials that we originally ordered were in the incorrect order. They were happy to send a replacement with the correct initials but it came back in a very faint font and not the original shiny font. At this stage having originally ordered early December for a Christmas gift, I'm leaving it!"
