"This bottle is definitely a premium option worth the investment if you appreciate design, build and frictionless use so zero complaints. Where it has let itself down is the personalisation which is microscopic and didn’t match images I was shown on the website. It must have impacted delivery too as it took a while to arrive but not unreasonably long. I would definitely recommend the bottle if you want a premium bottle but save yourself some money and longer delivery by side stepping this option."

"I got this gift for my girlfriend for Christmas and she loved it at first, was perfect. However after she took it to work for only one day she discovered that the paint had been scratched off. She only kept her bottle in her bag with her dinner and somehow there were multiple scratch marks. Hoping you can help with this somehow."
