I am very disappointed in

"I am very disappointed in the quality of these bottles bearing in mind the cost of them. I bought a personalised bottle for my daughter’s birthday but the flip straw lid became faulty after a short while and became hard to drink out of and very noisy. As my daughter was disappointed I reordered a second lid to replace it snd after a short while the exact same thing has happened. I am not sure why this is happening but we have only hand washed it snd it has not been dropped or damaged? I would be interested in your comments Cheryl Wells 07947384571"

Leaky bottles, bad responses, out of stock lid

"I love my bottle but the flip lid is not durable. It broke after only a few months and has been out of stock in the colour I want for ages so I can’t use my bottle. Before the lid broke it was also leaking quite heavily, so was my matching coffee cup. I’m quite disappointed overall as customer services can’t help at all without proof of purchase either"

I bought my bottle 3

"I bought my bottle 3 weeks ago and have followed all care instructions. Unfortunately, the pant has bubbled and chipped off on the bottom. I submitted a warranty request yesterday but was told this chipping and bubbling was from ‘long term wear and tear and being washed in the dishwasher’. I had included the short time I have had the bottle and that it has only ever been washed as per the care instructions, never in the dishwasher. I was also told this does not affect its use as a bottle. However, a key marketing point of these bottles is the aesthetic, and varying colours, so this damage does affect this aspect of the product. I also said I have another FG bottle which I have had for longer (in a different colour way) and that has been used identically and is in perfect condition still. Very disappointing given the price point."

"I got this gift for my girlfriend for Christmas and she loved it at first, was perfect. However after she took it to work for only one day she discovered that the paint had been scratched off. She only kept her bottle in her bag with her dinner and somehow there were multiple scratch marks. Hoping you can help with this somehow."

"Honestly? My impression is these bottles are over-rated. They mark, dent and the colour rubs off easily, so the new look doesn’t last long. The mouth piece is possibly the worst for cleaning - it doesn’t feel particularly hygienic - and the strap breaks easily. But hey if the kids say it’s fashionable because it costs a lot, it must be, right?"
