At this time, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. However, we're here to help with any issues related to your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. When requesting a replacement, please include clear photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number or proof of purchase for faster processing. Enjoy a 12 month warranty period from date of purchase. Damaged reusables can either be repaired, replaced or refunded (whole/partial). The reusable must be returned with proof of purchase. Warranty is void if the reusable has been incorrectly used or cared for.
